Christmas Icecream Cake HIT!


This cake is very easy and quick to make and can last for
2 months in the freezer..
You Need: Favourite flavoured ice cream
Chocolate flavoured sponge rolls
Plastic wrap
and a round bowl!
Simply add the plastic wrap inside the bowl
Cut up sponges and cover the inside of the plastic
Freeze for 1/2 hour
Take out and place the soft ice cream inside: Squish down
and then add the sponges on the top
Then cover the base with the sides of the plastic wrap
Freeze overnight or when the ice cream gets hard
Waaahhhhllaaaahhhhhh
Yummy Quick desert that they LOVE
